That's a decision based on who is asking, not how old they are. What is your occupation, or what would you like it to be eventually? What is your style?
I am 33, employed at a very high profile and "professional" place. Trend is not high on the priority list. Stability is what is most important. A piercing would cause me to lose credibility with the people whom I serve.
(No matter what anyone says, generally, people see piercings and tattoos as a sign of someone who is not credible or less trustworthy in some capacity. This is true especially in an office or "high profile" public job. Sorry folks! Ever see a cop or CEO with a nose ring?)
When I left college, the nose stud came out. I, however, did get a few tattoos, in carefully selected places, that I can cover when I work. If I choose to display them, I can. I feel this is the best solution for me.
However,a friend is a makeup artist for a well-known, high-end, makeup company. She has always worn a diamond stud in her nose. She is trendy, majorly stylish and looks fabulous. She is expected to embrace fashion and know what is in. It works for her. It works for her lifestyle. She is 37.
So, who are you? Where are you? Where do you want to go? How do you want people to see and respond to you? Answers these questions and it should be clear what the right thing for you is.

Nopes. Too old means anyone above 77 years of age. 32 is a very ripe age to get the nose pierced. Go ahead and do it.

I don't think 32 years old is too old for a piercing! I'd say go for it, especially if you really want it. As long as it makes you happy, don't worry about what others think of it.

Not if you want to be ugly as hell. Pierced noses are attracted to only low educated trash. You should know better. But since you seem to like it, go ahead. Your friends must be the same type.

Go ahead and do it. I'm 29 and have had mine for quite a long time and have no intention on getting rid of it.
I have an aunt who is 40 and has had one since the early 90s. My mom got hers done for her 47th birthday in 04. She wears a tiny diamond stud and looks great.

nose piercing might look a bit immature, besides it's just plain boring and suits either very young people or someone with no imagination or spank to life.better go for your intimate body parts pierced -now that's not only a huge turn on for you and your partner ,it's much bolder and progressive and sexier then boring nose stud. ;)

if that's something you really want done, then do it. I got my first tattoo at 43 & my second just 2 months ago - I plan to get more & I'm working on getting my bellybutton pierced. Life is short - if there is something you want to do, then do it. No defense, no explanations, no apologies - live for yourself.
