I've had my nipple pierced (twice) and my scrotum pierced, and I tell you the nipple was by far the worst. The second time I had it done, I had no anaesthetic (my mate is a piercer and did it at my home) and I almost passed out. I had to go back to work afterwards (I'm a teacher), and went in to shock during a parents' evening. Very embarrassing.

I worked for a piercer and he told me that for a guy it is the nipples. For a girl I'm not sure. but I have also been told the Septum is terrible. As far as hood piercings(most ppl say clit but it is not the actual clit that gets pierced) most woman that I talked to said it was not that bad.

never had one but i have witnessed one- that would be the septum piercing- makes even the biggest men cry apparantly! I've also seen people with 10mm bars throught hteir septum, looks pretty painful-stretching your ear hurts enough!
