Nirvana wouldn't get back together with Dave Grohl involved in the Foo Fighters now. None of their old fans would take them back either. Kurt Cobain made Nirvana.

I think if you were to replace Kurt Cobain, you should replace him with Britney Spears. Not the hot, sexy, skinny Britney, but the fat, annoying, obnoxiously trashy Britney. The only reason I say this is because ever trying to replace Kurt is just an absolutely ridiculous idea. That's like drawing a mustache on the Mona Lisa, or castrating Michaelangelo's "David".

I also like Bren's idea about replacing him with "Kirk" Cobain - his long lost, right handed non-evil twin. (Kurt had to have been evil because he was left handed, which is where the word "sinister" comes from.)

I agree with Ian. Kurt started Nirvana, Kurt ended Nirvana. Nobody can replace him. Nirvana was his band-he wrote the songs, he sang them. Without Kurt, Nirvana is nothing but a memory....

There would be no point to without Kurt. Nirvana was his band. Dave and Kris didn't do very much writting at all. They were just players in his band. Without Kurt, there is no Nirvana, end of story.
