Absolutely not. My brother was in South Korea when he was in the Air Force.

They have more than 20,000 artillery pieces aimed at Seoul, and promised they would turn it into a "sea of fire" if they were attacked by the West.

Knowing how crazy Kim Jong Il is, I would take him seriously.
Oh, and they have an alliance with China.

You must be a 12 year old boy, just starting puberty, and the hormones are jumping!

Been in war, watched good people die on BOTH SIDES, and I think a stint in the front lines would straighten out your thinking pretty quickly!
