I don't take a lot of medicine hardly ever, not even for headaches. I have a bad tension headache from work today. My doctor is not in today b/c of the holiday and I could live without taking anything. But if its okay, my head is killing me! Thanks!

Call your doctor.

No, especially the Tylenol, though I'd ask the doctor before taking Advil too. Check the web too. Some OB/Gyn offices have a page of medicines you can take and those to avoid during pregnancy. Just be sure it is a legitimate website to a real doctor's office.

Tylenol is absolutely ok. I have had two children.. now 31/2 and 2. I had headaches almost everyday and always took Tylenol. Extra strenght is fine. Doctors recommend Tylenol...never anything containing asprin!!!

Tylenol is safe to take, any pain killing drugs is safe once it contains acetaminophen that is the only safe thing to take during pregnancy Advil is not advised

They say Tylenol is ok to take when your pregnant. That's the only thing my Dr said I could take when I was. I hope your headache goes away! Brandi =)

You can take Tylenol. They say do not take Advil or any other ibuprofen or aspirin because they thin your blood. But Tylenol is ok.

Only acetometophine (sp?). That's what Tylenol has, though you should check the package because there are different "kinds" of Tylenol. There should be no other active ingredient, and even then, you should take it sparingly.

Your Doc should give you a list of the things you can take next trip ask him for one. For now call him and ask. Though Tylenol is probably what he/she would recommend.
