well what you can do is take him/her to the vet and they have a special formulated cream and that helps stop if its down and yellowish dont worry about it but if its red and big immediate vet care is needed

Go to the pet store and buy some vitamins for you guinea pigs. If the warts are still there after three weeks take it to the vets.
