First you may want to do some homework on the type of cell phone that will best suit you. Then you can go to eBay, search for the phone and you can bid or some sellers have buy now auctions. Check cnet.com for cell phone reviews.

this isnt really an answer but its actually advice. I worked for cingular before and sprint too.....you may come across alot of problems buying on ebay or even on line for the service your wanting. when you buy from online you dont get a brand new phone!!! you get a refurbished phone but they do have some kind of warrenty on them to the best of my knowledge. but if you buy off ebay you dont have a warrenty and you could get a crappy phone. not every one on ebay is honest like you would think they would be. they just want your money. so this is just some advice. but i dont use ebay but my bf does so i may be able to actually answer your question when he gets home. HAVE A HAPPY AND SAFE 4TH OF JULY!!!

Go to ebay and register with them then open a paypal account which is secure site then bid on cell phone make sure that cell phone is unlocked or you bid on a phone thats compatible with your cellphone carrier

If you have a E Bay account set up it should have asked you for your payment method. You can also join pay pal which is free and put your payment account information there, when you purchase a product thru pay pal, all the information is there and it will go directly to the person who you bought it from.

Get a free one when you sign up for a service plan instead.
Free phone plus $150 for 1000 minutes or something.
I think thats how it works.

They will send it to you. Look by the picture of the cell phone and it will tell you how much shipping will be.

as cheap as cell phones are ,why dont you just buy one from wal-mart,it will be brand new too.
