for the person receiving it yes there is a possibility. We all have small cracks on our skin and mucous areas. the mouth is a mucous area. when those cracks come into contact with someone who has HIV and that person also has small cracks in his/her skin, there is a high probability that you can contract aids. and most definitely the person who is giving the ******** can contract aids if the partner has HIV, even if he did not ejaculate in the persons mouth. the bottom line is to be careful. you cannot tell if someone has aids or not by looking at them, or by just them saying oh I'm clean. the only way to know if someone has HIV or not is to have them do a blood test now, and then six months later. trust also has to be part of the relationship. if you cannot trust them, they are not worth dying for.

The majority of people on here calling you dumb are dumb themselves, as they have completely misread your question! In fact it is very very unlikely that you would contract HIV from receiving oral. I am not aware of even one documentated case of this. The reason it is unlikely is because HIV does not live very long in Saliva, and it is certainly not in a very high concentration in it. Therefore even if you had a cut on your penis (unlikey, unless of course you had had an accident with a zip lol) your partner would have to have an open wound as well. Obviously if there were other open sores such as herpes then risk is increased. In general though, although anything is possible in theory, you are extremley unlikely to contract HIV from receiving. There is a much higher rick in giving oral sex though, which i think most people on here thought you were asking.

No. Aids is only contractable if bodily fluids are exchanged. If you have a partner (Long Term) and if you are worried go and get a blood test, this will stop you worrying. That means both of you. If you having casual sex then make sure you wear some sort of protection a condom and if you are gay make sure that your casual partner also wears one. Only when you and a partner have checked is it safe to have unprotected sex.

I think the risk is very low but that is just my personal opinion

The risk of contracting HIV from oral sex may be higher than previously thought. Research in the United States and the United Kingdom suggests that as many as eight per cent of HIV infections of gay men may be the result of oral sex. Some AIDS organisations are now reviewing their health messages.
But here in Australia there is scepticism about the research, and some organisations are comfortable with describing the risk from oral sex as minimal.
If you have doubts about your partner dont do it!

I'm not real sure, so don't risk your life on my advice, but I've heard from people who I deem as professionals that the AIDS virus cannot survive the person who swallows the infected person's semen's stomach acid.
Do your research!

The risk of contracting HIV thru oral sex is slimmer than through genital penetration. As long as your provider doesn't have any cuts in her/his mouth and you don't have cuts or bruised areas on your genitals you should be relatively protected. You can still use a condom just to make absolutely sure.

No mate, AIDS cant be passed on through saliva, using the same needles or having unprotected sex is the most common form to catch it.

HIV, which can turn into AIDS, can be contracted via many different sexual activities (and some that have no similarity to sex). The same can be said for numberous sexually transmitted diseases (STD).
Oral, Anal, Vaginal, etc. etc. -- anything that involves secretions.
