The heat doesn't matter, it only depends on the sun's rays. if it's bright then yeah go lay out and get a tan, it's not a waste of time

actually when the sun is blocked and it's semi dark outside that is the perfect time to get a tan because all the sun's rays are being blocked so i say go do it but dont stay out side to long or u should use jergins natural glow that way u can stay inside

You can still get very tan but watch out. Becuase there is no sun your skin will not get hot as easily therefore you will not feel yourself getting burnt. For this reason, people tend to spend more time outdoors and pay for it later when they realize that they burned to a crisp.

if you wanna be outside then i guess its not a waste of time but i think it's a waste if there is no sun. heat does not give you a tan its the sun.

well, i heard on "THE VIEW" that you can get a tan no matter where you are or what the weather is. that is all i know and also wear sun tan lotion everywhere you go in case of sun burn!

People tend to stay outside longer and do not use sunscreen when it is cloudy. UV rays still penetrate just as strong. So just be careful not to stay out to long.
