I think it depends on the reader. I do think many young people read these questions. While it may not change their mind, it may help them come to a decision about their own lives. That is is ok to be gay. That they were made this way by God.
The other thing it does is open up good lines of communications and allows different people to vent their opinions. Venting ones frustrations in this type of venue is a good thing, no matter what their opinion is.
I suggest to you if you are tired of reading the same thing, then don't open up the questions and find a new area to read, or answer questions in. We all have this choice in life as well.
