You signed a contract, you cant break it. Call your parents at the party and ask them if you can, if not find some cover and stay out of the rain. Or go to somebodys house or where the guests are leaving.

Relocate in the garage. The parents must be doing something naughty. Try to sneak a peak at what they are doing. Make a game of it. i am a parent, and I would sacrifice my party, for the kids. Tell your parents they are bad parents. LOL

Do you have a garage? Is it hot there? Take a big tarp, throw it on an accessible hill, and go back to being kids, play in the rain.

Run to a store. Don't stay out during the rain. Its dangerous. Especially with no one around; Call your parents from the store.
