Orgasm IS possible after sex reassgnment surgery although it is not guaranteed (the whole process is actually quite complex including anatomical changes dependent on surgical technique and psychological ones in terms of the persons pre-operative sexual preference and activity).
No, the prostate is not removed. To do so would almost certainly destroy the ability to orgasm and often leads to incontinence (which is another risk inherent in SRS).
