My boyfriend is a compulsive liar. How can I make him stop?

I caught my boyfriend lying so many times. He even admits some of them. I think he does it for many reaons cuz he has a lack of confidence in himself (he need to impress) and he doesn't want to get into trouble. But even if the majority of the lies don't affect me that much (ex: he told me he already met celebreties in person, etc.), some other just hurt me so much. For example, the first time I met him he told me that his ex-gf had died a week ago (but that he wasn't with her anymore). He also told me that he wasn't talking anymore to any ex-gf or ex-fuckfriends. But lately I have been too much in doubt with his lies and I got to enter in his hotmail account and found out that her ex-gf is still alive and they still even write emails to each other. I also found out that he still talks to a girl who have been in love with him since grade 3 in high school. That just hurts me so much. I just learnt all that a few minutes ago. What should I do? Leave him or find a way to help him stop ?

Sweetie, you can't make someone change. This is how he is. If he is this bad, not only will he not stop, he sounds like he has some emotional/mental problems. LEAVE HIM! You will still get lied to, you will still get hurt and it will just get worse if you don't go now! Even if he says he'd change, why would you believe a compulsive liar??
You deserve better. Don't waste yourself on someone who does not respect you. I know it hurts, but it will just hurt more if you stay.
BTW- real and honest guys LOVE girls who respect themselves. Love yourself honey, and you will find a guy who does the same!

stealing is ordinary of a klepto for sure as that's that is definition yet him stealing some circumstances does no longer advise one is a klepto. is he doing this for thrills or does he want money and what's he doing with a stolen 20$. do you want to be an enabler for complicated drugs which will in person-friendly words worsen. if he desires the money for gas or in spite of you may want to assert 'in case you want money merely ask.' or have you ever already lengthy gone by that and determined you aren't any more or won't be able to be handing out money each and every of the time. i'd save a lady round to have sex with and delivers her some money for heroine each and every now and then. isn't that what marraige is.

there is no ways to stop a person a person from lying believe me my best friend is a compulsive liar and he knows it but i just ignore 1/2 the stuff he says and go about my day but i know i could never be in a relationship with him because of that, if he tells you that someone died that is serious stuff and things that your shouldnt kid about i wouldnt be able to handle it

there is no way to make him stop, it has to be his conscious decision. if you don't like where it is going, and you cant trust him anymore, just leave...there is no reason you should be unhappy, especially over something that stupid.
