This is a phrase from the old television series "Star Trek." Scott was in charge of "beaming" people up in the transporter that would take them from the Enterprise (Mother ship) to whatever or where ever they were planning to go.

It's from the original Star Trek series, the full phrase is "beam me up, Scotty" in the show they had these light beams that could transport you from place to place, so to let them know a person was ready to go they'd say "beam me up."

It is a quote from the movie "Star Trek". It is what Captain Kirk says to Scotty. When we use it it is like "OK things are getting way to crazy here "Beam me up! Get me out of here!"
