That protein to bulk up will also bulk up his stomach unless he has a rigerous crunch regime. he needs to be doing no only straight crunches, but also side crunches, for his obliques. Also leg raises for his lower abdomen. i do 4 sets of 25 each.

The old fashioned way. Sit ups and crunches with weights. Also take a look at his diet and make sure he's not snacking okay?. I totally relate to him cause I'm 37 and starting to get a gut. Maybe he and I can form a bond this way and help each other out okay?

Ok im not a chubby guy by no means.. i worked out 6 days a week literally and not just saying. I still had a small pudge..what i did had liposuction on the pudge and handles. They werent big they just wouldnt go away. I weighed 175 and my height is 6 feet. I still had a pudge and handles sometimes working out doesnt cutit. I got it done in mexico for 1,300. I only recommend Mexico if the Dr. is reputable and you know several patients he worked on.
