If you are sexually active, you need to go get it checked out. It could be an infection or a sexually transmitted disease. If you are not sexually active, it is probably just some spotting or a yeast infection.
If there is a strong, unpleasant odor, it's some type of infection or STD. Otherwise, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
Is there a mature woman in your life that you could talk to about this? That would be a good start if you're worried.
Take care of yourself and remember: If you don't become sexually active, you'll save yourself a LOT of problems.

instead of posting a question like this on yahoo where the possibilities are endless and people can be cruel.... you wont find a true answer. if you are afraid to go to your parents try a school nurse, a doctor if you have access, or even the 1-800 women helpline.... its confidential and they can help you more in detail. Good Luck!

Maybe your period has just started? It starts off looking like a gravy stain in your pants. You might get a tummy ache too.
Tell your mother, or an aunt or woman you trust.
You'll need some light panty liners, no need for tampons or big pads for a year or more.

Have you gotten your period yet? This is common for young women who are going through puberty. If the discharge begins to smell then you should definitely contact your doctor to have a gyno exam.

It is normal vaginal discharge that all women have. If you feel that it is itchy or too much discharge, go to the doctor & they can easily treat you.
