I can headbang really well and everything but how do you keep from getting dizzy? Is there some secret that I dont know!?

ive found that if you take some dramamine it usually helps

I'm usually already dizzy BEFORE I headbang, so it's not much of a difference.

No I don't believe you can headbang without getting dizy. That's just a natural side effect. Sorry. You can't diss the dizziness.

styrofoam, man. styrofoam . unless you're talking about the other head, in that case, give it a rest. the dizziness should go away within a couple of hours
