PCOS won't go away, but you may be able to get pregnant despite it.

First of all, in addition to whatever treatment you are undergoing, please read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It will help you understand better what is going on in your body, and it may help.

Then you *might* want to consider alternative treatments, like homeopathy or acupuncture. Again, I can't promise it will help, but it could put your body back in balance...

PCOS is very complicated - it IS a metabolic disorder - and if you're miscarrying the reason may be related to a common problem for women with PCOS - that of low progesterone. As soon as you learn that you are pregnant you must lave two tests done at the lab - the first is an HCG quantitative and the second is a progesterone draw.
I am here to assure you that you CAN get pregnant with PCOS - and have a healthy baby! First, many doctors won't tell you this: A low carb diet can help you lose weight and enhance your chances at conception. So read up on the various low carb diets - I got pregnant while on Atkin's Induction! There are forums out there like activelowcarber where you can talk to others with PCOS who are trying to get pregnant! Best wishes!

If you have had more than 3 miscarriages consecutively,your doctors will take serious treatment options to cure whatever that is which is causing them.If it has already been diagnosed as PCOS,they you'll have to take the treatments offered by your doctors & you CAN get pregnant with PCOS!It's possible,but might be quite difficult.

Because of the possible increased risk of cardiovascular disease in women with PCOS, you should have your blood pressure and your LDL (bad) cholesterol, HDL (good) cholesterol, and triglyercide levels checked. This is especially important if you are overweight.

Staying as healthy as possible is the goal. The following changes can help to improve your body's response to extra insulin and can help reduce your risk of diabetes, heart disease, and stroke:

- Try to stay on a healthy diet with adequate amounts of protein. Your reproductive endocrinologist or doctor should be able to suggest a healthy diet to follow;

- Add whole grains, fruits, and vegetables to your diet; and - Exercise regularly to keep your weight in check.

Taking oral contraceptives and anti-androgen treatments also can help to keep your PCOS symptoms in check.Good luck.

I doubt you'll be able to recognise if he's going to till he does or does now not. His role is a irritating one although, you 2 had been absolutely taking precautions for this to not occur, but it did and now a determination in an effort to impact the leisure of his existence is to your fingers. If you made a decision you are not in a position, you've got the proper to make a decision you wish to eliminate the little one however he has no such choice. Not many individuals like feeling that powerless. So he's typically going via plenty himself and expectantly as soon as he will get over it hell wish to take an energetic facet to your childs existence. From what you will have stated it seems like he was once slightly of an ****, and that i do feel he will have to take accountability as will have to any person that engages in sexual events.

I would suggest seeing a fertility specialists. Once you have had more than 3 miscarriages you are a candidate for a specialist. Considering that you also have PCOS...it's in your best interests to work with one. They are called Reproductive Endocrinologists.

I have PCOS too & I have 2 healthy wonderful babies--it can be done! 1st one was with injections as prescribed by a RE, 2nd one was with Metformin as prescribed by my family doc.

Has your Dr ever tried putting you on Metformin? It is a diabetic drug that works to counteract the insulin resistance that is a cornerstone of PCOS. There are many other things you can do too, like a reduced-carb diet, herbal supplements, etc.

A lot of misscarriages are caused by a poor diet. Cut out the soft drinks and junk and eat more salads and fresh fruit. You owe it to your future baby and also to yourself!
