Check the local classified ads, but don't limit yourself to a modular home, be more concerned with where you live and not so much what you live in. Don't just check the Sunday ads, even though the vast majority of real estate advertising is in the Sunday paper, swing by the library and pick up all the free papers and magazines they have and call some of the realtors that have ads and ask them the famous "who do you know" question. Networking crosses all lines and you never know who knows who.
