OMG THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT! The Endzone dancing and celebration is the best part of the game for many of the players! Without it, all the game's gonna be is getting beat up and running a ball down a field. The celebration isn't just for bad sportsmanship, its to increase morale amongst the team.

I believe that they only ban overly ostentatious displays, like T.O. running to the star at the 50 yard line in Dallas and ones using "props" like a cell phone or a Sharpie pen.

What do I think? Well, it's obvious that the players were going to keep pushing the envelope until something was done. So I agree that there needed to be some control.

But some natural exuberance is OK, too.

It sucks. Last time I checked the USA was a free country and you had freedom of expression permitting you express yourselves in any way you want. So in a way the NFL was unconstitutional in making that rule. That's like saying that you can't give a hug of High Five to your teammates after you win the Super Bowl. Let them do whatever they want because at the end of the day we don't own them and they don't belong to us. They're just trying to have some fun because having fun is what football is all about.

Watching T.O. and Chad Johnson party in the endzone is a LOT more entertaining then watching the refs bungle the game with nauseating calls.

I think it is ridiculous. What only the fans can celebrate a good play now or what? Some might take it to far but they should just keep giving fines for it. Ever since Randy Moss did what he did they have been making a huge stink about it. It's dumb. I thought what he did was quite funny!!

It would be about time! All of those morons that draw attention to themselves only look like idiots, and it's a big waste of time. Now don't get me wrong, when you score a TD, you should be happy and celebrate...with your team! Contrary to what those ego-maniacs believe, scoring a TD is 95% a TEAM effort, not an INDIVIDUAL effort. You should celebrate with the guys that helped get you there.

Its about time!! End Zone celebrations were getting out of hand and delaying the game. We all know that these players have big egos. Do we really need to watch their silly dances after a score? All to show off.

kinda sucks, no more ESPN highlight reels being shown for the next 3 days, but good in a way. teams won't have to worry about getting 15-yard penalties. there will still be celebrations though, just not the Chad Johnson variety.

Am overjoyed they finally did. A little ball spike, a smack on the back from your team mates and that it's. It was getting way out of line when players are planning what they'll prior to games. These guys are professionals, act like it, show some class.

lack of respect for the other team...poor sportsmanship. Some guys may be down by 3 touchdowns and still dance like idiots in the end zone. If I were the coach that would piss me off if I had fools dancing in the end zone like a bunch of morons when we are behind.
