You have to go farther west than St. Charles city or St. Peters. I also know it is illegal to shoot them off in St. Louis city or county. This has been a debate for many years in the area, why sell them if you can't shoot them off. Parts of unincorporated St. Charles county it is legal. But good luck finding a place that is open and wet enough to use the fireworks.

you must be in st louis county or cross the river to either st charles or IL
