Bullcrap, that's what I say. I like AC/DC. They rock even though there are better rock bands. But anyway, I'm not a pot head. Whoever told you that, she's just stupid. Don't listen to her. It's your own decision to do drugs and if you choose correctly you will choose to be a clean non pot head AC/DC fan. Rock on!

No, you won't become a pot head. I believe that the music doesn't make you do or become those things. I am by no means saying pot is ok. AC/DC or any other band from that era won't influence you to do pot or any other drug. I listen to them all the time, they are one of my all time favorite bands, and although it was frowned upon at my old school, I didn't let it bother me. I own an awesome shirt that has AC*lightning bolt*DC in red and silver-white rhinestones. I love that shirt. I love that band. Don't listen to her. Do you listen to it through an iPod/mp3/cd player? If you do, just don't blare the music so loud and maybe she won't talk to your about the stuff you like. I know some kids who think I'm going to hell because I watch Harry Potter and listen to AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, etc. I don't believe so.

fact of the matter is that:

The band AC/DC is very ANTI-DRUG/ALCOHOL. Many, many moons ago, (perhaps before you were born) ac/dc had a lead singer named Bon Scott. Bon Scott was THE MAN, and many of us older ac/dc fans will tell you that he was/is the true voice to the band and that Brian Johnson (although he is great in his own right) is merely the best available replacement.

Bon Scott died in an alcohol related accident (he drowned in his own vomit). Since then, the band has cleaned up (quite literally) and actually frowns on the use of alcohol and drugs. It is a fact also that there have been shows where the band actually refused to play if there was even beer sold at the venue they were playing.

What you need to do is get out your copy of "highway to hell," sit next to the little wench on the bus that is talking smack to you, and blast it as loud as it will go while you are shooting the bird! Follow up this act with the song "rock and roll aint noise polution" and tell said b**ch to kiss your rosey red a**rse!

ROCK ON!

oh, and by the way; ac/dc is not stoner music, it is blues based australian rock and roll.

In a word: No. But listening to AC/DC and other '70's rock n' roll great bands might cause you to become an independent, free thinking free spirit; an individual who breaks free from the conformist roles everyone else is in to.

People's use of illegal drugs, like pot, is by their OWN choice--and it's a outright dumb one at that. Listening to AC/DC will NOT have you in danger of using pot.

How lamebrained can one be to judge someone by the music they listen to. I'm by far no pot head and have listened to the Thunder from Down Under for over 20 something years. Who cares what others say about you as long as you are happy!!!!
Rock On!!!

the music you listen to has nothing to do with your actions. People who listen to country music about riding a bull doesn't mean they're gonna go ride a bull. AC/DC had great rythum and catchy tunes, I'm sure that there are reasons you like them that won't influence your choices about drugs, unless you think it gets you in the pot smoking mood ....lol.

tell her to listen to her Hilary duff and shut up!

hope this helps :)

She's an ignorant twit. AC/DC isn't stoner music. it's Australian rock. Now she might be more justified if it were Pink Floyd or The Grateful Dead.
