personally, i think that Hawaii is was to commercialized. They are all about show for the tourists. It is expensive too. You should check out other islands in the Caribbean. I am planning my Honeymoon also and we are going to Grand Caymen. Nothing like white sandy beaches. With the price of air fair maybe Jamaica would be a better choice??

For saving money I would go with Jamaica. It also depends on what you are looking for and which place would be more of a change and more exotic for you. But Jamaica sounds more interesting and exciting. As to the claim listed above about danger and drugs in Jamaica...there are danger and drugs everywhere. I would be careful no matter what location you go to.
Also think of some of the other islands in the Caribbean such as the Dominican Republic, I am a bit biased cause I am currently living in the Dominican Republic but it is an awesome vacation spot.

Jamaica would be best place for honeymoon. Not as exspensive as Hawaii. My sister-in-law just took vacation to Jamaica and had a blast and stayed in all adult hotel facility. She sent me pics and it was awesome.

Hawaii...I've heard that once you leave your resort in Jamaica, it can be pretty scary...definetely go to Hawaii for a honeymoon!

Hawaii is the better destination.I know a guy who built a hotel in Jamaica and he doesnt even go there unless he has to he said the crime is getting out of hand down there.

Jamaica has a lot of beautiful all inclusive resorts if that is what you are looking for, however......
Exploring Jamaica is dangerous. Drugs are too prominent. The culture is hustle and sell...hustle and selll...
Hawaii does not have all inclusives. The resorts are beautiful...the islands are beautiful..the people are lovely..
If you want to stay put without exploring........Jamaica
If you like to explore.........Hawaii (more than one island)

I think if u are an american Hawaii is best. no language problems or water,monies are the same etc. What time of year are u looking at. Hawaii is more flexable because of the rainy season in Jamacia.

jamaica. i hear they treat you like kings and queens.- i would be a little scared to go to hawaii 4a honeymoon-2 many volconoes!
