This is so typical of you! Floundering for answers. Looking all over Cod's green earth hoping that a fin will pitch in and help. Well I'm not that kind of gill. You tell Phil and Barry and Hal that they are just too crabby and they should pay the employees that work with motivation and porpoise. They aren't steet urchins you know. They have families with guppies in schools. So do the right thing. Cast all sense of reason off into the sea and start singing a different tuna. :)

% of net profits. If the business doesn't make money, then neither do your employees. Another consideration is % of profit payouts are better for employee morale since they have opportunities to make more money than a standard industry scale. The harder your employees work, the more they make.

Why are you fishing for information on the net? I would think you would try a reel source for this. Head to your local fishmonger and cast your queries in his direction. It's the only way to tackle this. Trawling for information here is a real red herring.
