Bat Guano (aka bat poop) has been used in some cosmetics products, including mascara, to give it a black color. I believe that this practice changed in the 1980s (these days the coloring comes from "carbon black", whatever that is) but I'm not entirely sure. So do the ingredients of your mascara include bat guano? Maybe... Then again, maybe not.

No,why would they?Any kind of dung has bacteria, and bacteria would make your eyes very uncomfortable if mascara was in your eyes. And who would want the job of harvesting the dung?Bat guano is one of the most fowl smelling substances on earth!
