Feller 266-162 3.25ERA
John 288-232 3.34ERA
Jenkins 284-226 3.34ERA
When you take into account the fact that Bob Feller missed 3 full seasons and most of 1945 (WWII)...seasons in which he probable would have averaged 25 wins....It's difficult to calculate what losing those 4 years did to his career but I think it's safe to say he would have won another 100 games...And if you're looking for just the single best year neither of the other two had a season like Feller's 1946 season 26-15 - 2.18ERA - 377.1 innings pitched - So yes I would go with Feller #1 "out of those three"

Bob Feller because not only did he have maybe the best fastball in the history of the game, but he also sacrificed three years during the prime of his career to serve his country during World War II. That's class.

they didn't use radar guns back then, but they estimated that bob feller's fastball was probaby between 102-105 mph consistently. striking people out was not difficult for him. there were streaks (which lasted a few years) where he was completely dominant.
