It was said by Baba Louie, Quick Draw McGraw's donkey sidekick. At the end of the show, Baba Louie would have a (treasure-like) chest fall on him and his feet would stick out of the bottom & he'd keep running. Quick Draw would yell, "Hey Baba Louie!"
