Does anyone know what universitites or colleges offer courses for graduates that want to be obstetricians or gynecologist? Thanks to any advice.

Just about all the colleges and universities all over the USA offers courses in what you are looking for. Big name like Vanderbilt and UCLA and a few others will probably get you more money when you graduate from the courses.
