Make sure when you shave your legs that you use shaving cream or lotion. Soap will only irritate your skin, because it will not help the hair stand up and you will have to make more than one pass with the razor on one part of your legs.
You may also want to use a multi-blade razor (ie: venus, mach3)
After you are done shaving, put a moisturizer on that doesn't have any perfumes in it, the scents can sometimes cause irritation, because they contain alcohol.
Try to shave on a regular basis, if you wait too long between shaves( ie: 5-7 days) it will certainly irritate your skin.
Hope this helps!

Most of the times, the problem is that we are using products containing mineral oil and alcohol and fragrances these all are very damaging for our skin's health.... mineral oil because it is an ingredient that is derivated form petroleum....it will be like using car oil and exposing your self to the sun in fact it is the 2nd worse thing you could do to your skin (1st thing will be the sun) using fragrances or chemicals or dyes are known irritants and can cause allergic reactions. what i use to shave my legs would be a face wash formulatted without these i have told you about ... it is called Nutrimin-C RE9 Face wash: look for it at the left margin under anti-aging.... I know it is a face wash but honestly it is great and leaves your skin smooth and shinny.... and after that you can put their body lotion fast without waiting for it will not give you a reaction or sting.... https://secure.myarbonne.com/arbonne/arb...
Good luck and it is good you want to take care of yourself......

I have the same problem. Recently I switched from using regular razors to using Veet Bladeless Razera. IT REALLY WORKS! I was skeptical at first, but man, my legs are so smooth! and the kit only cost about $6. I'm never going back to razors. Ever.

Certain types of shaving cream can help...there's also aftershave type stuff that you can use, although it's usually made for women, so as long as you don't mind smelling like fruit... :D

confident waxing will preclude them yet so will showering/bathing in chilly water (as chilly as you could shield) this could close your pores. additionally you may get some positioned up shave balm, this is meant for men even though it does the interest.
