I'm on the pill but I heard it can prevent the fertilized egg from implanting in your uterus. Well two months ago I had pain 2 weeks after my period as if I were ovulating, which I know isn't suppossed to happen. Then when I got my period it was early, heavier and lasted longer. I also had bad back pain and the cramping was worse. I'm like clockwork, I always start on the exact same day and have a pretty mild period. I don't know what to think?

Hard to say...maybe / maybe not. Hormones are a very screwy thing. Could have just been that. BUT, a lot of women have m/c - or chemical pregnancies. You test positive, but get your period (or m/c) a day or few days later. Unfortunately, very common. If you did m/c, it's best not to know anyway. Believe me...

When you first noticed the pain you should have contacted your doctor or went to the hospital. They have special test that they run to see if the pregnacy hormon is in your body and what the count is. Another thing is your body goes through a lot of changes while on the pill. I've been their done that. As your body changes you may need another type of pill. I had heavy periods since i was 13 and im 27. Trying to figure out why my body keep going through changes I had to try multiple things like changing my diet( less fried foods) execersing more. You must talk to your gyn about these changes because their are many things that can cause what you are experienceing.

Most pregnancies in any female end in "miscarriage" and we don't even notice. The only way to really know is to go to the doctor. Good luck.
