exercise..well eat food that has no fat like veggies,fruit,anything without fat.its simple !!drink water/juice not soda ^^

do taebo, it will work i dropped 60 pounds in 3 months doing it twice a day, once in the morning, anf then at night, eat larger meals during the day nothing that large, eat salad, stay away from sweets if you must eat a small portion once a week as a treat, so you wont crave it, craving is a killer, eats fruits, and drink lots of water, be active this summer as active as you can, but dont over do it and kill your self. Good luck on the weight loss

eat 6 to 8 small meal a day like( a bowl of cereal, fresh fruit, salad, veggies, and egg whites)..no starches and cut soda and sweets out. if u do this for 4 weeks u will lose 20 pounds fast..

Cardio w/weight training and a low carb diet. It's not the best way, but it's the easiest way to lose weight fast. Lean meats, veggies, and no starches.
