Gore would have also invaded Iraq eventually. The ones who are truly in power (you know who you are) have had Iraq in their sites for years. 9/11 was the excuse they needed. Bush just happened to be in office when the time was right.

Well let's see we know what Clinton would have done. Which was NOT capture Bin Laden. He didn't take him when he had the chance to have him handed over. He treated it as a police action so to speak. Only went after the people who committed the crime and put them in jail. Didn't go after the network. My guess is Gore would have been similar. Heck if you listen to people like Moore then 9-11 proably wouldn't have happened if Bush wasn't President.

A friendly meeting between Rabin-Arafat. Do you have a F---in clue what the Oslo Accords were. Do you have a CLUE what the Oslo accords said of Isreal. That is why Arafat was fine with them. They would have wiped out Isreal in a few years. That's why Rabin was assinated. For the record for most of the time under Clinton it was Sharon leading Isreal. That was when things started to get to their worst between the two countries. That is because Sharon wasn't going to back down.

9/11 was only an answer to the new ignorance to the problems in the Middle East.
Only a few years earlier there was a friendly talk in the White House between Clinton-Rabin-Arafat.
9/11 was a warning, but the real WAR started with Iraq.

I think Al Gore would have written Osma a very harsh letter about the effects the crashes had on the environment and how they sped up global warming. (I am not being a smart *** I voted for him)

I don't know much about Chomshy or Nadar.

Michael Moore would have made a really cynical documentary and probably ate a hamburger.

Teddy would drink several fifths in remembrance of his friends.

Dean probably would have done the same thing Bush did.

I can only speculate, but I think he would have blamed it on global warming and tried to figure out a way to park an iceberg in the Red Sea to cooldown all the hot-heads. More seriously I think he would have treated it much the same way as Clinton did the attacks while he was in office and just lobbed a couple of missles at Afghanistan. He would probably have left it as a law enforcement matter. I think most of the people that you mentioned would have been about the same.

All of them would have blamed the republicans for causing the pollution that came from the buildings collapsing and then sued the contractors for using inferior goods. Oh I forgot the WTC was built when Dummycrats were in office so they can't complain about that. Naturally the people You mentioned would try their hardest to blame our military or some other dumb thing for problems created by Clinton and the gang being afraid to tackle the terrorists..

He would have had sense enough to get Bin Laden and the Taliban in Afghanistan, but not go into Iraq. He probably would have kept the pressure on Saddam, who was losing ground, anyway.

This is all pie in the sky, though, because we're still stuck with GW until the next election!

Well, first I think he'd have gone & changed his underoos, cause he'd have sh*t all in em.

I think Al would have handled it very differently. If his past boss was any indication, he would likely have launched a few bombs across the middle east & called it fair & square.

And for all you who are b*tchin and moaning about it not ever happening if Gore was in the white house-yes it would have. The terrorists don't just hate Republicans or Democrats-they hate us ALL. They don't care how you vote, in fact, if they had their way, you wouldn't be voting at all.

First none of those guys would have continued reading a book about a pet goat. They would have gone quick to action, it probably wouldn't have changed anything, but still. Second they will probably do exactly what Bush did, photo ops, then bomb afghanistan. Democrats did not have problems using American power for humanitarian reasons, they definitly won't have any problems bombing American murderers.

More international support, no war with Iraq, Iran wouldn't be the next nuclear power and gas prices would still be under 2 dollars a gallon.
