Keep a watchful eye on your purse at all times... also, cut down on your spending and so on and so forth by NOT carrying your credit cards, wallets, etc.. with you all the time... just take some cash for little things and then they won't be in your purse to be stolen and you will save money because you "didn't have your credit card at the starbucks so you couldn't blow 6$ on a cup o coffee."

Did you cancel your credit cards ??? You didn't say where it happen at. But when you go to the store, who's buggies got the child saftey strap. Wrap the strap around your purse handle few times. Then snap it close. So noone would be able to pick it up and run off.
Wear a fanny pack. If someone try to get in it. Then they will have to come in front, and grab you by the waist. Some women put the money in their bra. Don't never leave your purse in the car.
Someone breaks in the car, by time you get out there. Your purse and rest of the goodies will be gone.
Don't go alone no where, always have someone with you.

Dont bring all your cards in your wallet with you all the time. I have been toldthat many times. Thank I god I havent had mine stole, knock on wood. it is also a good thing to have all your account numbers and phone numbers to each card written down some where at home as well. I know my bank mailed me just an ATM not Debit card so I can get money out of the ATM at imes like these, untill they could send me a new card. I guess this is good so I can tak as much money out of the account as I can so it would nt be stolen.
Really try to never leave your purse unattended in environments ehre its not safe or secure.

Only carry the essentials especially when you are in places that have a greater potential for larceny. What I do with my wallet especially when traveling is to put the edge of the back of my hand on my wallet from time to time. I have never had my wallet taken because of this. Also when traveling I take only one credit card and or a bank card and only take out the cash I need for the next couple of days. Before leaving the hotel or apartment take out of your purse what you know you will not need. Remember you can always cancel your credit cards but cash is a little harder to replace. Don't worry about losing 20 or 40 dollars, its chump change. I usually keep just a few dollars in my wallet when traveling and the bulk of my cash in various pockets and one credit card at best in yet another pocket. It's worked so far.
