Ummm.. That is impossible. Hydrogen and helium are both atoms in the simplest form and therefore can not be change by a simple chemical equation/reaction.

There's a couple common ones:
1 Deuterium + 1 Tritium ==> 1 He +1 n
1 Deuterium + 1 Deuterium ==> 1 He
Deuterium is Hydrogen with one neutron in the nucleus, Tritium is Hydrogen with two neutrons in the nucleus. These technically aren't "chemical" reactions, as there is no such thing as a chemical reaction that turns one element into another. These are actually fusion reactions, which fall under the larger category of nuclear reactions.

1H + 1H + 1 n +1n 4 He
1 1 0 0 2
2 hydrogens plus two neutrons = helium. The two +1 charges from hydrogen equal the +2 for helium. Two hydrogens have two masses and two neutrons add the two additional masses

You can not turn hydrogen to Helium or vice versa. The are two completely different elements in simplest form

Well, hydrogen is an element (H).
Helium is an element (He).
Elements are the building blocks of other materials. They can't be changed from one into another. That's why we can't change lead into gold either.

h3 is tritium. it's 2 (over) 1 H (u know, the atomic structure thing) + 2 1 H= 4 2 He. something like that. i think i'm wrong. this reaction occurs at very high temperatures like in stars. and yes u can but changing lead into gold is impossible now because u'd need to remove many protons

four hydrogen nuclei get fused into one helium nucleus accompanied by the emission of neutrinos and release of energy
1H 4He + neutrinos + energy
1H = nucleus of hydrogen atom
4He = nucleus of helium atom

.
its not chemical equation but its nuclear reaction.
1H1 + 1H3---------- 2 He4
here 1H1 is hydrogen
1H3 is tritium(very heavy) hydrogen. these are isotopes of element hydrogen only.
