My fish has white worm looking things coming out of its private parts. the other gold fish is trying to cover the other one up. can anyone help.

Ok, well its possible it could be a lot of things.
Fish can be livebearers (give birth to live babies) or egglayers, it depends on the species. You said you have goldfish and they are egglayers.
Goldfish poop color depends on what you feed them, but if its just red/brown flakes or pellets, it shouldn't be white.
Its also possible they could be eggs and it would make sense that the male would stick by her. (Its hard to sex goldfish though)
But the eggs should be round, not elongated. Have you changed the water temperature? This can cause them to spawn.

Your fish has worms, fish eggs are round and sticky or float. Or maybe the food you use causes white faeces, but I've never heard of that. A pet shop that specialises in fish should be able to help.

sounds like thats just ****. they dont really eat when spawning but they still try to **** anyway which comes out like a white sausage. you will no when they spawn.

it was having babies but the others was not covering it up they was just waiting to eat them sorry
