Hi, I love to scrapbook. Strangely, I am working on the same kind. I started with my birth certificate and continued in chronological order. I do not have a lot of pictures, but have enlarged a lot of them. I do not crowd my pictures and add lots of interesting period items I find on line or at garage sales. I've just completed to my grade school days and working forward. I plan to end at my high school graduation. I married soon afterward. Have fun.
Be sure and tell your story. Your children will enjoy reading what you did as a child. I find that as time passes stories are lost. Looking back I wish that I had asked more questions and learned what my parent's lives were like while they were grown up.

make sure you add lots of journaling, telling them your thought and actions with pics or items. THis helps them see how you thought and felt about things. Make sure it's in your own handwriting. Would mean alot to them if you died tomorrow, etc.

Go digital. Burn it to a CD-RW and add to it when you need to. Photos, Word docs, whatever you want.
