See your doctor and ask about Fibromyalgia, or Sleep Apnea.

Yes you can injure yourself if you work too much. Everybody is different as to how much their bodies can take before they break, so you just have to stay in tuned with yourself. When you notice that your body is in pain take a break, try stretching, or some relaxation techniques like yoga or meditation, whatever works for you. Sometimes a 10 or 15 minute break is all you need to keep going. But if you keep going at this pace you will eventually burn yourself out and be useless, so don't overdo it.

LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!!!!! ITS TRYING TO TELL YOU SOMETHING!!!!
EVERYONE HAS A DIFFERENT THRESH OLD ON PHYSICAL/MENTAL ACTIVITY. CUT BACK A LITTLE OR TAKE MORE BREAKS...IF IT PURSISTS, GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!
