How come Bill Gates Hasn't Signed the Declaration?!?

Bill Gates attended the G8 with Brad Pitt. Bill Gates has a Foundation thats supposed to support World Health Issues. So, where's his signature?

he has absolutely no authority to SIGN anything with political importance and brad pitt doesn't either....and would you even know where to look to see that he had signed...

Because he is familiar with how government bureaucracy horribly mismanages everything it gets it's hands on, and he will do more with less by managing his very generous contributions himself, or at least with his own people.
