ask him out... i learnt the hard way that guys are just as scared and fearful of putting themselves out there and rejection as we are, dont let it become 2 ships passing in the night, just ask, i mean what have you got to lose, you dont have himnow and if he says no u still wont have him, but if he says yes then youve gained... i wish id realised that when i was younger

If you are sure he has a crush on you.. its easy.. just say lets do something.. stare at the fish in an aquarium, watch people at the park clean dog droppings, whatever.. its all about one of you making a move.. if you stare at each other too Long you both will settle for less than you deserve. Be assertive, make the move.. but don't be surprised if after your with him, the fantasy you created in your mind is a bit flawed.

This is exactly what i am going through. This guy has a major crush on me but won't ask me out. So i would go with ask him out, hang out with him and his friends or bring him around your friends so you get to know him better, let the friendship build and see what happens in the near future.

Ask him out, of course! He's shy, and not sure whether you want him or not. You need to give him a signal that not even a nervous teenager could manage to misunderstand. So either seduce him, or just ask him out on a date -- the latter is probably easier.

Ask him to ask you out. I bet he want to, but maybe he is a bit shy to tel you. He will eventually ask you out on a date in you just are patient. Some boys may be a little slow till things get moving.
