A THOUGHTFUL person asked about 'burning laws' the other day (call city council) and I said:
i burn mine when is a cool day when neighbors have windows closed, and no washing out, AND kids in school as is a magnet for them to mess with
plus not too windy
had no complaints from council, etc
I'm itching to burn some garden crap right now but the grass is so tinder dry cannot risk, so will wait 'til looks about to rain..
