It is not weird. Most people avoid the arms. If you are a women than it would be less noticeable than if you were a man. If you have dark hair. I would recommend dying it a lighter color. Lighter colors also make it appear thinner. If you feel that the hair is really bad then shave it. I use to do that. The hair on your arm grows really fast. Use Nair or another hair remover that will last longer and leave smoother skin.

well I have a friend that shaved her arms. I thought it looked and felt wierd and after you do shave your arms just think what will happen after that. It will feal like your legs after 2 days without shaveing and your arms would get bumpy and ashy. You would have to shave every single day or wax your arms and I'm sure that it would hurt like fire. You will get rashes and look funky. I would'nt do it if I were you.

I've heard from some of my friends that they shave their arms, but I never have. They say nothing happened and it was just like shaving their legs or any other part of their body. However, if you don be careful not to cut yourself and use plenty of shaving cream.

If you're male then traditionally, it is not usually accepted for a man to shave his arms - but - there has been a recent rise in acceptance to so-called 'Metro-sexuality' where males undertake various beauty treatments that females go through in order to persue a better image and for comfort.
So, if you choose to shave your arms than that is up to you and if you feel comfortable doing it then of course it is normal and no one can tell you otherwise!

I have done it and I like it. It doesn't cause any rash or bumps. Your skin will be so soft after until the hair starts to grow back.

No its not weird to shave your arm hairs... It actually seems weird that people dont shave them... As long as you use plenty of shaving cream i would't worry about getting any bumps...So go for it..

Its not weird, I have been doing it for years, and no rash, ever. My arms are smooth and soft. Give it a whirl, if you don't like it, it always grows back ;)

It isn't weird, but I would recommend against shaving. You should wax them or get laser hair removal.

No, it's not weird. Swimmers used to do it all the time before those nifty full-length body suits were invented.
