The U.N. gets about half of its' funding from voluntary donations from Member Nations: the rest comes from mandatory dues paid by Member Nations.

Technically, the U.N. does not have the power to tax or to print money (printing money is a feature of governments which is directly tied to taxation: the real value of government-issued currency is that governments will allow you to pay your taxes with it.) But there is a good chance that a tiny amount of your money collected by your government goes to the U.N. (likely less than a dollar of it each year.)

No, UN its a multilateral organism, and theirs funds come from its members, but principally from the developed or rich countries a.k.a. USA, Europe, Rusia, China, Japan and others.

Not yet but they will soon, and the un gets its money largely from the US, but all members contribute.

In theory yes they do...In fact they don't. Bottom line is that they do charge a "membership" fee annually which could be equated to a tax if you cared to define it that way.

am afraid that we supply a lot of that money .but think that will soon change being how corrupt they are in dealing with countries like Iraq and Iran .it need to be close down

They extort money from their "members", just like the Rainbow Push Coalition gets their money from its future "sponsors".

no, the UN gets its money from individual countries who pledge however much money they want

They collect dues then they mis-spend theyr'e so corrupt we can only hope for the disbanding of it soon.
