Aquarius by definiton symbolize new technologies and innovations. An aquarian it will be more open to new things then other signs.
There is no one sign to be the most technology friendly. Each zodiac has some characteristics and everyone uses technology but from different reasons. A gemeni person it will be more curious about all this new things and they will always try to play with. An Taurus it will use technology in order to extend their personal confort and relaxation. A Leo person might want to impress others by his gadgets. And so on..

I would have to say Libra, since my fiancee is that and is the most tech-savvy person I've ever known. (I swear, sometimes he's speaking an alien language...)
As for the people who said Sag's: not all of them! I'm a Sagittarius and can only get about as far as using Microsoft Office...USUALLY with success...
