A lot of factors come into place when they book the tours. Availability of the venue(s), dates, money, etc... Just because they haven't visited Kansas City it doesn't mean you have to rethink your favorite band. This past tour was canceled due to a surgery for a medical condition that Steven Tyler had.

I don't know if you have ever heard of the band Kansas well they kind of have the rights to any City/State with there name in it, and since Aerosmith is one of their rival bands they do not allow Aerosmith to play there. No I am just lying that is a good question I wish I could help you out, but I do not have a clue.

Maybe Aerosmith is too busy to come to 'Dorothy' land, maybe they don't like Kansas or scared of tornados

If you didn't live there, would you go to Kansas City on purpose?

I wouldn't go to Kansas if it would end world hunger, cure cancer and they would name me their King.
Other than leaving Kansas, I cannot think of anything fun to do there.
