Husband says business is his,,,,,getting a divorce after 27 years, business is 6years old, live in fl., where all assets are considered marital property. Can he still get the business as his only? Both names are on it.

I doubt it but check with a lawyer to find out for sure. It's in both your names and aquired while married so should belong to both of you...but then again, I don't know all the circumstances and Florida law.

In general, all property acquired during the marriage is marital property.

If your name is on it, then he has to split it. If he won't, then consult a lawyer.
