Maybe just maybe will Sammy Sosa come back and he will come back to the Chicago Cubs where he became a star.

Well Sosa is gone back to the Dominican Republic to run the youth baseball program so i dought we will see him back in a MLB uniform playing any time soon.Rafael Palmiero was just plain busted but who knows with team owners as in the past they will do anything too win.

Sosa took himself out because he had such a terrible year with Baltimore last year and refused to sign a contract to play with the Nationals, the only team to show any interest in him. He went back home.. Palmiero is another story. He will be shunned because of the steroid scandal.
Have to call them as I see them

No!! Their time has passed plus they both carry a lot of baggage with the steriod situation hanging over their heads. Think about it, Palmiero lied and Sosa is not talking. What does that tell you?

Sosa proably won't be back in, because he thinks he can set his own price. He was never caught on Steroids, not saying he didn't do them, saying he wasn't caught. Now Palmiero will NEVER be back in. First he was caught and got alot of people angry about it. Second he threw his teammate under the bus rather then taking it like a man.

One must believe that their age has lowered their value. Sure they could hit .200 and maybe 20 HR's, but not many teams would want to sign them, especially for the $ they would want.
I can see Sosa playing for the San Diego Surf Dawgs with Canseco. It's also where Rickey Henderson played a few years back. Not really Raphy's style though.

I think that both of them are finished and that no team will take a chance on them. Also, both of them are done, so stick a fork in them. Palmeiro was exposed as a cheater last year, and also a rat for trying to blame Tejada for giving him steroids. No team wants a rat. Sosa has never been caught, but it's generally assumed that his shunken body and diminished skills are due to discontinuing steroids.

not shunned but they r now outcast and steroids is a thing were the owners were all for it as long as the seats were filledthis whole barry bonds thing is what the owners created and since he's not well recieved by the public they won't let him break aarons record. I'll tell you one thing though steroids dosen't bring your skill level up if u go after him u gotta go after other people i mean come on you gonna sit there and not say that when clemans threw that half of a bat at piazza in the subway series that wasn't roid rage? please believe

Both are embarassments to the game, especially Palmeiro. You'll never see either one in an MLB uniform again; there are no teams willing to take them.
