Miyogi. He will get the other two so drunk on Sake the night before that he will grab both by the collar and right when hes about to break their necks, he belches and they both pass out.

YODA without a doubt. For a couple of reasons. One Yoda can manipulate the "force" and is widely considered the most powerful being in the "Star Wars Universe". Mr. Miyogi isn't the most powerful in California, and as for Splinter he's a damn rat. So without a doubt 100% YODA.
Plus he would just slice them in half if he had is light saber.

Well, Splinter is a rat, Yoda is a frog (or something), and Mr. Miyogi was human.
I think I'll go with Miyogi. Because I don't have to listen to him going on and on about his having over 900+ yrs of war stories.
Not Splinter either because I don't want him shedding all over my stuff.

Yoda would whip me by telling me that I'm too old for training (because I'm not 6). Splinter would whip me by calling my shell too soft. And Mr. Miyogi would just use me to wax his car. God this has turned out to be the most exploitative question I have read all week!

Well if you think about it, they all talk in riddles. But if I had to choose, it would be Yoda.
And whoever said he is the most powerful in the star wars universe needs to do more research, Vader was more powerful by far. So I would take him as my mentor, then hold up the sith traditions and take out my master. HaHaHaHa I am Darth Devastation, the most powerful sith lord to ever walk the universe.

Neither.
Miyogi will make me wax his cars, paint his house, sand his floors. Yoda will talk to me backwards and I'll end up getting my butt kicked instead of kicking butt. Then there Splinter and he just a rat.

Blatently Yoda, he can move X-Wings with his mind so he doesn't need to bother with martial arts and they won't get near him, he just does lightsaber stuff with other Jedis cos he can't use the force against them.
