Other two teams , Portugal and Italy have no prmoninent player who performed better than the others.

With a goalkeeper like Buffon and defenders like Cannavaro and Nesta, it would be hard even for Klose and Zidane to score ;-)

Klose is having a good tournament, but is no hero as Zidane is proving to be the last two games (out of four goals, 3 assists and 1 goal scored!). Zidane has basically discarded the tactical monkey of Domenic that was getting France nowhere during the firts round, and revived somewhat the French style jogo bonito (as we know from the Platini era, and the 1998 squad).
There is no one else. Portugal doesn't have that one person to carry the team. Another tactical slave. Figo could, but lets see if he rises to the occation (he hasn't yet.)
Italy has any player that can do that, and Toti has done his best at 70%. But the heart of that team is Gatusso. Boy that guy is playing good, and it rubs off on the team. However, he is not a play maker or offensive like Zidane or Maradona. They have players that inspire each other, but none to carry a team like Baggio or Rossi could do. Maybe Toti or Toni explode. We'll see.
It is what sets the Maradonas, the Platini, the Zidane, the Hagi, etc. apart from the rest. They inspire and carry the team and the team responds. I can see only France with that quality of player.

I think Portugal has C. ROnaldo, but I think Germany vs France in Finals. They r the best 2 teams left i think. Cmon, France managed to beat brazil. Germany hasnt had a very big challenger yet, except for Argentina, but they r a good team anywaysm they just havent been able to prove it.
Italy barely managed to win vs Australia, just coz of a false ref decision they won. So they barely have a chance.
Portugal may be good but hey cant beat France. Hard to explain why, I would think its self-explanatory.
I dunno who will win, Germany or France, its practically a draw.
