my mother disenrolled from one company and enrolled in the correct one[as she was told to do] and recieved 5 welcome notices onl to find out they are still taking out money every month[ss] and nothing has changed.no one seems to have the answer. this worry is not good for her health.can someone please help

That is a tough question. My personal recommendation, since all of this Medi-mess is so confusing, I would take the day off, go with mom to the Social Security Office. Take all of your papers, the 5 welcome letters, and the statements showing where the money has been taken out each month. Find out where your local Social Security Office is located, if you have more than one in your area, go to one that is not in a heavy traffic area like downtown, drive the extra miles to go to one out in the county or in the suburbs. When you get there be as nice and as calm and quiet and peaceful as you can, tell your mom to be calm also. Keep in mind the people in the office did not create this and they are more confused than everybody else. Address getting the money part cleared up first. Whatever they tell you or do on the computer, ask nicely if you may have a copy of adjustments for your records. Be sure to make a note of the person's name who helps you, note the date and the time. Also ask who is their supervisor. And when you get home write that person a "thank-you" note and send their supervisor a letter speaking of how this person helped you and your mom. supposedly all pharmacies can help with medicare coverage, simply go to eckerd's, wahlgreens, or even better, go to walmart pharmacy, you should get ALL of your questions answered...good luck
