Probably because you asked an intellectually engaging question. Wait until about 5 or 6 this evening and you can either ask it again, or people will see your question and ask it. I have a theory about people on this site from 9 am until 4 pm being less than intellectual. Also consider asking in the LEGAL category. I am not sure of the answer to the question you asked about marriage and a business. The library has very good books on the subject that are VERY up to date. Also. Consider the state you live in. Their Family Law statutes are online. Enter "_____(name of state)" legislative and law ~ at www.google.com and that should take you to the compiled statutes online so you can educate yourself.
